Plant Manager Plant 2Managed primarily aerospace and military related manufacturing of multiple production shifts for Plant 2 (Fabrication Plant) and Plant 1 (Machine Shop Only). Managed staff of CNC technicians that set-up and operated CNC and NC milling, turning, routing, CO2 laser cutting, plasma cutting, and waterjet cutting machines. Also managed MIG/TIG welding, brake press operators, and general laborers. Completed all 3D part modeling with CAD-CAM CNC programming utilizing Solid Works, AutoCAD, One CNC Cad/Cam, Art Cam, Surf Cam, Part Maker and Virtual Gibbs. Metallurgical Laboratory ManagerResponsible for sales, marketing, equipment set-up, sample preparation, testing, sample evaluation, analysis, complete report writing, basic maintenance of metallurgical equipment, and billing for internal / external laboratory jobs. Performed and solved many high level failure analysis investigations for General Electric Aircraft Engines, Pratt and Whitney, Proctor and Gamble, Meyer Tool, Armor Holdings “Formerly O’Gara-Hess”, Kautex Textron, and Xomox. Skilled in operation and analysis utilizing sample sectioning machines, sample mounting machines, sample polishing machines, electro etching machines, various stereoscopes, various microscopes, PAX-IT Image Analysis System, various tensile testers, and SEM (EDS).
