I have advised ownership groups on people management/growth and strategic decision making, achieving tremendous growth. My last corporate role, under my leadership and guidance, achieved such growth that it was acquired at a premium in a down year during the COVID pandemic. My business CienEQ focuses on guiding people leaders to build a strong foundation to successfully lead themselves and those around them. Working with me, my clients achieve increased emotional capabilities and fewer barriers to success, increasing their ability to lead a happier and more successful professional and personal life. I have native proficiency levels in both English and Spanish and do business in both. I also have international experience working, studying and as a volunteer in France, Mexico and the US.
