Responsible for helping Arcadia set and achieve its strategic priorities, and oversees innovations focused on medium to long term value. Michael managed investor relations, continued to support sales, and key customer relationships. This included unlocking the value in healthcare data with artificial intelligence and machine learning, and supporting customers with tailored insights to help manage the nuances of their value based contracts. Through this role, Michael pushed on the industry transition faster to value base care, with initiatives focused on helping providers see the pathway to financial success and the necessity of embracing value based care during an in the wake of the pandemic - creating pathways for health plans, health systems, and providers during this difficult transitional phase for healthcare.

P&L and growth responsibility for Arcadia’s software business. Managed product, marketing and data science across the company, with engineering, operations, and sales transitioning as new executives were brought into the business. SaaS ARR grew at a 60% CAGR during this time, with yearly bookings crossing $100M and new logo acquisition and bookings up by 300%.Michael's leadership and engagement with industry advisors, customers, and investors resulted in Arcadia being recognized as a leader in healthcare Analytics by Forrester, IDC, Chilmark, Gartner, and receiving Best in KLAS for 3 years in a row. During this time he played a key role in closing Series C funding with existing and new investors. Michael continued to cultivate industry leading product capabilities, managing one of the largest integrated longitudinal data assets in the country, and building novel algorithms driving ROI within value based care. Michael built a unique team of healthcare leaders, product managers, and data junkies - helping the Healthcare industry realize the impact well designed data, software and UI/UX. During this time, Arcadia became the industry leader for population health management software selling to the largest and most respected health systems and payers in the US.

Lead a unified Arcadia Analytics team responsible for Product, Engineering, and Software Implementation, with full P&L responsibilities. Revenue grew by 100%, while the cost and effort on data connectivity was reduced by 2/3. Michael streamlined reporting and processes for Arcadia's software and data assets with a focus on value based care and data expertise within staff. Sales momentum increased and these changes improved the implementation experience for the customer, and cost to Arcadia. In addition, Arcadia Analytics was recognized during this time by Gartner and Chilmark as a leading contender in Healthcare Analytics and Population Health, and the Product and Engineering teams were awarded the Product Line Strategy Leadership in Healthcare Analytics for 2015 by Frost & Sullivan.

Managed the process of supporting the product offerings, and marketing associated with Arcadia's 3 different lines of business. This included navigating the very different needs of internal business owners, while using every available resource to invest in Arcadia Analytics, continuing its market insurgency as a credible solution to support value based care and population health. During this time, Michael pivoted Arcadia in the market from a consultancy with an excellent reputation, to a start-up software and data company. This foundation, led to Arcadia’s first successful HIMSS with a major booth and presence, and the to the closure of Arcadia's Series B with current and new investors expressing confidence in the product and go-to-market strategy executed by Michael and his team.

Founded Arcadia's Health System Performance Business Line, anchored by the Arcadia Analytics software. This was Arcadia's first IP based business, where Michael had responsibility for product definition, marketing, sales, and software development. The product launch was a commercial success with revenue growth of 350%. The offering focused on servicing payer and providers who believed there was opportunity in collaboration, and was largely delivered through integrating health plan claims and EHR data. This was achieved through the initial build and commercial launch of Arcadia Analytics - now the leading population health software and data platform supporting value based care.

Full P&L responsibility for Arcadia's Payer Consulting practice. This included full responsibility for growth, staffing, and delivery. At its peak Arcadia's payer consulting practice was ~50% of the company's revenue.

Managed and built out application replacements as part of a IT modernization effort. This included the successful launch of a new website, IVR system, enterprise service bus, business objects reporting platform, and enterprise data warehouse

Supported the design and build of data integration activities, such as EDI transactions, and the standup and integration of new software within the health plan.
