CurrentResponsible for the vision, direction and oversite of innovation projects and communications programs related to software defined radios, cross reality (XR) solutions, enterprise information systems, virtualization technologies, and Software as a Service collaboration capabilities.• Accountable for the identification, capture, development and execution of programs within various DoD marketplaces such as Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) - Atlantic, Navy’s PEO EIS / PMW 205 Navy Enterprise Networks, Army PM Tactical Radios / PdM Waveforms, DISA, and NIWC-Pacific• Recognized leader adept at building consensus with executive leadership, program managers, technical teams, and all corporate business and back office elements; resulting in a realized combined revenue base ranging from $15M to $20M per year since 2011• Developed and managed multiple and concurrent integrated product teams through facilitating an environment focused on staff development, fostering cooperation and teamwork, and supporting the constructive resolution of conflicts• Established the vision and strategy for implementing the Emerging Technologies Collaboration Environment, which included an environment of secure information services supporting secure collaboration between the Government, Industry, and Academia• Innovation Cell Technical Lead entrusted to lead the definition, development, and execution of multiple Market, Technical, and Directed Assessments, which included being the network operations liaison into PMW 205 and the NMCI Tools Working Group• Delivered the NMCI Tools Assessment Report through developing partnerships with PMW 205 leadership and SMEs; building a coalition with the Acquisition, Operational, and CTR User Communities; and executing the evaluation of all current NMCI Tools• Responsible for the development of a converged NEN tools operational roadmap, which included the objective evaluation of new tool capabilities for incorporation onto the NMCI network
