I focused on supporting systems and software that interfaced with end users within our environment and externally. I supported both applications and the Windows servers they were hosted on.

My duties included but are not limited to:• Primary information contact for Windows support team for external customer• Primary Windows support for external customer• Solving severity 1 issues and completing Root Cause Analysis.• Managed Windows security (Patching, health checking) for customer environment• Completed all internal security training• Support multiple customers with varying environments• Support was done remotely via Remote Desktop, so coordination with customers throughemail and phone is prevalent.• Manage team's progression with developing new ideas and techniques for support
