I am an Environmental & Air Quality professional with more than 18 years of environmental consulting experience. I have provided environmental permitting and compliance solutions to a variety of clients in the manufacturing, institutional, industrial, power and commercial sectors. Most recently, I have worked on projects in the oil and gas sector, pipeline, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. I’ve had the opportunity to work on environmental projects in multiple states, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Ohio, Indiana, Maine, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Louisiana, South Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky and Texas. My primary areas of expertise include new source permitting, regulatory evaluations and negotiations, general environmental compliance and compliance assessments. Experienced in Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA and EPCRA regulations and compliance, as well as New Source Review (NSR), Title V permitting, New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) (i.e. NESHAP ZZZZ (RICE rule), GGG (Pharmaceutical Production), etc.)
