Creation of design control, and validation documents.Creation of early stage, and detailed CAD Models,Creation of drawing packs with appropriate dimensioning and tolerancing.Conducting stress testing of prototypes designs.

Involved in the design of several devices installed in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing streams as either the primary designer, or checker.As a design engineer, tasks include:-generating models and drawings for manufacture using solidworks-Running fitment and functional testing with 3D printed part alternatives looking at continuous improvement. As a project engineer tasks include:-speak with manufacturing houses and third party suppliers to place orders and track delivery dates.-structure orders using Microsoft projects and communicate updates to our sales department and end client.-Alongside our sales department, track our project pipeline and resource management to supply accurate and acceptable lead times from place of order.

Depending on the shift hours assigned, tasks can include unpacking pallets and displaying products accordingly (often under strict time constraints), assisting customers with locating products in store, ensuring all tills are kept clean and an appropriate number of tills are open at any given time, and closedowns whereby the shelves are tidied and prepared for pack out the next morning.

I Worked Primarily in the utilities department during my time on site.While here I was responsible for;- Reviewing P&ID's around the plant relating to the utilities- Generating a site wide water map as part of a water stewardship program undertaken by the company - Conducting a feasibility study into filtering and reusing the effluent water on site.- identifying and tagging the position of flow meters on all utilities as part of an energy saving program

During my internship on site, I assisted with the development of a new product line. During my time on site, my tasks included;- Assisting with the dry-fit installations of the new product line,- Stock taking of all trial components used during dry-fits,- Wirking on extensive excel generated schedules during the various phases of construction.

While on a summer contract I assisted with a mass file transfer across from another insurance company.- Facilitated the transfer of claims from this company and contacted the policy holder's regarding the changeover.- Organized, scanned and filed all documents documentation and email correspondence.- Communicated with third party's requesting additional information.
