I established the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning squad, innovating to enhance client value and internal operations.

Machine Learning: Identification of use cases and the development of applications in the Capital Program and Asset Management space that leverages modern quantitative techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques for small data (e.g. ERP) and big data (e.g., sensors, imagery) problems.Decision Support/Management Science: Application of combinatorial optimization techniques to Capital Programs as a responsive, decision support system for portfolio planners and managers to challenge traditional assumptions and yet leverage expertise and heuristics with portfolio project selection and scheduling. Business Intelligence: Design, development, and verification and validation for web-delivered business intelligence solutions integrating enterprise project delivery and control, finance and scheduling systems with proprietary control platforms, dashboards, reports, and data warehouses, on-premise or in the cloud.Process Management (Tech Dev): Developing and enhancing iterative, agile project methodology across technical delivery teams supporting project management with scope control, enhanced schedule performance, and improved product quality. Defined detailed development and testing processes, including deployment protocols, unit test methodology, functional, integration and regression testing practices, peer review/product review practices, and change management processes.

I defined strategic consulting models for our clients based on industry best practices. This included assessment of client business and technical capabilities, the definition of the organizational target state, and the creation of roadmaps to develop solutions and monitoring and managing organizational change.
