Manage the Support experience and expectations of NetApp Enterprise Customer accounts. Pro-Actively advise customers on all aspects of NetApp storage and data management systems: Best Practices, Operational Efficiency, Resiliency, Performance Optimization, Product Integration.

Lifecycle Service Management on major accounts like BP, Citigroup, West-LB, Postbank, Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank, ESPRIT and GAD.Activities include but are not limited to:o Stand-in for the Manager Customer Delivery Management Germany Northo Liaison with service sales on services design and quoting o Identify opportunities to position additional services (and products), including onsite resourceso Functional lead for onsite engineers, quality assurance, personal coaching and development planningo Relationship building towards key players within customer organizationso Part of cross-country account teams for global customers o Tool- and resource-based proactive services to increase system availability and customer satisfactiono Customer Satisfaction Index interviews and followup o Service Review Meetingso Highend server and storage installation resource planning and supervisiono Special projects like Time To Restore programme o Escalation Management including facilitating lessons learned sessions
