Michael Goldfarb, CPM® is the Chief Executive Officer. He provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Manco Abbott, Michael served as president of a large northwest management company with over 17,000 apartment units operating in 29 states. He has also served as president of Related Management Company of Florida –at the time, the largest multi-family developer in Florida. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Michael is a past chairman of the Fresno Division of the CA Apartment Association and was the 2003 state CAA president. He is a past Regional V.P. representing California at the National Apartment Association. He is a past president of the San Joaquin Chapter of IREM. Additionally, Michael was awarded 'CPM® Of The Year' in 1983. He is a board member of the Fresno United Way Emergency Food and Shelter Program. He is a past chair of the CSU, Fresno Business Associates of the Craig School of Business.
