I am a process and manufacturing EIT with 4 years of experience of overseeing day to day manufacturing processes in a medium – low volume industry with a continuous improvement ideology. I have lead and managed the relocating of a manufacturing facility and other large construction efforts. I enjoy taking on challenges which force me to be in a state of self improvement so I can further develop myself as an individual.I think my greatest strength is my ability to find enjoyment in the problem solving process of a daunting challenge. This is a skill which has allowed me to maintain a constant state of attention so I can carry out projects effectively. My past experiences have showed me that this trait allows involved team-members to reestablish or maintain confidence in their efforts during overwhelming projects.My other skills and experiences are related to product design and manufacturing. I have always found that having knowledge in both practices, has allowed me to effective as I am able to consider the challenges of creating a product during the designing phase.
