Michael Goodman is Founding Partner of Glen Ventures; a venture capital firm of purpose-driven business and clinical leaders, enriched with deep market knowledge and strong industry ties, dedicated to investing globally in early-stage healthtech enterprises. With its distinct hands-on approach and clinical collaborations for co-development, testing and validation, Glen Ventures backs visionary entrepreneurs to reshape healthcare through technology.Throughout his exciting journey in the field pf healthcare, Michael has had the privilege of leading M&A and strategy for some of the most impactful enterprises in the landscape; having notably served WELL Health Technologies (TSX:WELL) in the capacity of Head of Acquisitions for Eastern Canada. Michael serves as Co-President and Director of Glen Innovation Group Inc., Chair of Heritage MD, and Director of McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Foundation. His previous board positions include having served as Chair and Director of People Before Patients and Director of Autism Speaks Canada amongst others. Michael is a graduate of The Ivey Business School and the Institute of Family Enterprise Advisors FEA designation program. He holds certifications from Penn Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Moody’s Analytics and the Investment Fund Institute of Canada.
