I create visionary technical solutions to meet business goals and guide and enable teams to achieve them. My management experience includes engineering team leadership, program and project management in software and Agile environments, research and development strategy and execution, and IP strategy. I am also an inventor on more than 30 granted or pending US patents. I've spent a large majority of my engineering career at Cochlear in a process driven medical device environment, working on the development of advanced sound processing and firmware platforms and systems. My technical expertise and experience include the design and implementation of DSP audio algorithms in software and firmware, AI/ML solutions for deployment at the edge, VHDL, ASIC and System-On-Chip (SOC) design, Audio electronics, Big Data and most other areas related to embedded systems. I have a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Sydney University, and a MSc. in signal processing and MBA from Macquarie.
