Bioinformatician with 4+ years experience. Proficient in transcriptomics and genomics, for research and industrial applications. Also, assisted in project management and planning activities. Finished two projects related to personalized medicine (Genosity and Perkin Elmer). Since 2021 switched to agricultural bioinformatics for Syngenta Crop Protection. *Education & research*B.Sc in Genetics, M.Sc in Bioinformatics. Finished 4 research projects, two of these were published. Bachelor research have been performed in a classical "wet" lab, using baker yeast as a genetics model system. Before graduation I've shifted my career towards bioinformatics. Master study is a pure bioinformatics - transcriptome assembly, differential expression, variant calling, a bit of comparative genomics. *Miscellaneous*Linux enthusiast and command line user since 2012.
