Responsibility for the financial and compliance matters of 30 legal entities with focus on group-internal functions, located in Switzerland, The Netherlands, Ireland and other locations. These functions cover primarily- Treasury / captive operations- Group overhead and management allocations- Mergers & Acquisitions - Equity programs- Holding activities including the top holdingResponsibilities include- Full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP and statutory requirements of the respective countries- Management of internal / external audits and compliance with internal controls and policies under the Sarbanes Oxley Act- Analysis of revenues and profitability of the country subsidiaries of the Accenture group for purposes of forecasting and charge-out of royalties / overhead charge allocations - Monitoring of finance process key metrics, leading optimization projects leveraging resources across geographies and organizations- Close coordination with Global Finance on consolidation matters, specifically related to M&A, intercompany, foreign currency exchange- Cooperation with IT teams on implementation and maintenance of SAP modules and various other applications- Main responsibility for all operational and team matters of an office in Schaffhausen- Managing costs and budgets of the Central Holdings Group- Management of tax calculations and tax filings under consideration of tax rulings, and international transfer pricing requirements - Review and execution of legal documents in the functions of Finance Director and Managing Director- Preparation of Board and Shareholder meetings and reporting to Senior Leadership Boards- supported by a team of about 10 direct and 10 service center reports. - led or involved in various team transitions between geographies and organizational groups.

Responsibilities included- Planning of audit engagements with focus on multinational clients- Performing and reviewing audits under international and Swiss accounting standards- Client negotiations on service delivery and fees- Internal training of new hires and trainees for professional exams
