Early-stage internships are for college freshmen and sophomores. The program is designed to widen the talent pipeline between universities/colleges and Iowa’s insurance industry.Currently serve on the Vaughan Institute for Risk Management and Insurance Advisory Board in the Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa and have served on the planning committee of the Global Insurance Symposium since its founding.
