Supported varied customer guidelines for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, flavors and fragrances, histology and hematology, academic research, analytical solvent, electronic semiconductor, and electronic display markets. • Managed, motivated and engaged a team of 120+ leaders and quality professionals across 10 quality assurance, control, stability, and validation teams. Groups were responsible for quality oversight and support of 3 operating, packaging, and distribution sites, employing 1100 employees, in southeastern Wisconsin. • Ensured site operations were completed in accordance with organizational Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015 registration, FSSC 22000 certification requirements, and Good Distribution Practices, based on deliverables of the unit or department. • Acted as Head of Quality for responsible sites; defining annual objectives, supporting long-term deliverables, and advising and delivering upon capital plans and operational budgets.
