Having specialized in healthcare real estate since early in my career, I now play a key role in MedCore's new business development activities, development of acquisition and de novo deal structure, financial forecasting, debt and equity sourcing, lease negotiations and investor relations, and JV structuring and procurement among healthcare providers.
