A third generation chef born and raised in New York City, I graduated from New York Technical College with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. I also studied Culinary Arts at Bournemouth & Poole College of Higher Education in Bournemouth, England after being awarded a scholarship. My experiences range from being a restaurateur, to executive chef, to food and recipe consultant. I have owned multiple sites across Manhattan, providing services ranging from catering operations and executive dining, to full service restaurants. While in New York I served a variety of customers, including the New York Stock Exchange, have made many television appearances, and am also a featured guest chef with The Holland America Cruise Lines. I have an insatiable desire to not only deliver sensational dining options to my clients, but to also provide each of my guests a truly unique and memorable experience. During my career, I have also won numerous awards, including the New York Guild of Chefs "Chef of the Year" and two Silver Medals as Culinary Team Captain of the New York Guild of Chefs. I also hold two records in the Guinness Book of World Records. Upon moving to Greenville, SC in 1999, I have brought a distinctive culinary flair to the Upstate. In addition to my passion for cooking, I have a passion for people. Clients are greeted as friends, and I seek to build lasting relationships instead of merely accumulating customers. I think in themes, textures, and colors, which I believe sets me apart in cuisine creations.
