Supervisory leadership for 34 personnel in a HQs Company providing administrative, financial, legal, logistics, training and operation support to a joint-service forward deployed Department of Defense installation supporting National Security Agency (NSA) operations at 2 UK remote sites. Manage intelligence production requirements, intelligence processes, and resources. Promulgate policy for production database programs.

First Sergeant for a tactical MI company. Deployed 114 Soldiers in support of Operation New Dawn. Provided HUMINT, SIGINT, UAS, IMAGERY and All-Source intelligence in support of the 2nd Brigade, 1 Cavalry Division. My soldiers were responsible for the security and turn over of 5 bases during U.S. Forces withdraw from IraqLed train-up, searches, evidence collection, and interviews to support identification, investigation, and conviction of soldiers engaged in illegal activities.  Coordinated movement operations, site set-up, logistics, intelligence quality control, redeployment and recovery operations during multiple field operations.  Led 278 personnel deploying to multiple destinations in Iraq. Accountable for personnel and sensitive items including weapons and Top Secret media during 7-day travel through 4 countries.

Managed the unit antiterrorism measures program, and SIGINT liaison between NSA and Multi-National forces in Bagdad. Performed long-range planning for gathering, analyzing and exploiting intelligence. Focused intelligence efforts to geo-locate high value targets and to support the counter-IED mission.  Assigned to the National Security Agency, Georgia, as the Signal Intelligence Liaison between the NSA site and 1st Calvary Multi-National Division in Iraq. Leveraged NSA capabilities to support combat and force protection operations for the division. Managed and coordinated Random Anti-Terrorism Measures to protect and reduce risks for personnel and facilities. Conducted risk and vulnerability assessments to deter terrorist incidents, employ countermeasures, and mitigate and recover from a terrorist incident.  Member of the Fort Hood Installation force protection working group. Conducted threat assessments of installation facilities. Staffed special event planning matrixes with Force Protection Office personnel to ensure safety of ceremonies considered possible targets for terrorist activities. Trained personnel on Anti-terrorism Level I protective measures.

Deployed to various countries to manage intelligence collection teams. Developed intelligence production procedures, requirements, and strategies. Scripted and executed a statistically based assessment that evaluated intelligence analysis procedures for efficiencies. Deployed to Colombia: Led a SOT-A team to various locations supporting Special Operation Detachment Alphas (ODA) conducting forensic evaluations of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) locations searching for proof of life on U.S. captives.  Cleared quarters used by U.S. diplomats to ensure no electronic listening devices were present.  Led team in conducting intelligence collection as a force protection measure supporting the U.S. Embassy in Bogota. As the only Spanish speaking jumpmaster, led a Colombian military airborne operation.  Signal Intelligence Section Manager during the unit’s 2007 deployment to Afghanistan. Managed 4 SOT-A teams assigned to ODA teams in several Southern Provinces. Directed the production of Signal Collection intelligence predictive analysis to determine enemy probable courses of action and to identify high interest targets for surgical tactical Special Forces operations. Led a 46-member Military Intelligence Detachment providing all Human, Signals, All-Source and Imagery Intelligence collection, analysis and production for Special Forces Operations in Southern Afghanistan during 2008 deployment.  Managed the Special Operation Task Force’s Interpreter program. Procured $2.4M in funding to provide U.S. and foreign national interpreters for ODA, SOT-A and SOT-B teams. Conducted interviews and approved hiring, firing and payrolls for 170 CAT I, II and III linguists. Facilities director for Special Forces compound. Directed maintenance, construction, safety and defensive plans for compound housing over 400 military and civilian personnel. Assigned sectors of defense, guard details, and housing. Controlled supply depot and logistics.

Led all SIGINT operations and training. Configured and coordinated secure satellite communications equipment. Developed intelligence plans, managed and coordinated a variety of intelligence actions and programs; intelligence analysis and production, intelligence collection and operations. Maintained $7M in intelligence and communications equipment. Managed operational funds.  Trained as an All-Source Master Analyst and designated as the only Master Analyst in the division.  Authored tactics, techniques and procedures for the 82nd Airborne Analysis and Control Element (ACE), resulting in 82nd ABN DIV having the most accurate intelligence database of all 18th ABN Corp units. All-Source Master Analyst, Afghanistan, (6/2002 – 2/2003): After 9-11, formed an analysis team for the division’s first deployment to Afghanistan. Directed construction of an intelligence facility and emplacement of satellite communications equipment. Managed setup, and configuration of intelligence architecture. Collection and Jamming (C&J) Platoon Sergeant, Iraq, (2/2003 – 8/2005): Led an electronic warfare C&J platoon utilizing Prophet mobile collection systems during the 2003 Iraq invasion.  Served as construction safety liaison to ensure Iraqi contractors built facilities to U.S. code. Jumpmaster for military airborne operations. Led airborne operations supervising the activities of jumpmaster teams, multiple aircraft, ground crews and hundreds of paratroopers.
