Currently as a Territory Manager I am personally responsible for maintaining and growing year over year the institutional business within the Toronto Core. This includes, but is not limited to; ensuring the proper identification of the needs of the customer. Participate aggressively in the implementation of new value-added products and programs, work to develop strong, trusting relationships with customers. Build contacts with customers by scheduling/coordinating/conducting business reviews to identify needs, problems and goals with a specific follow-up plan to deliver results. Audit key accounts and identify a plan of action to deliver best possible results at the lowest overall cost. Control and maintain company assets in accordance with divisional standards with the understanding of financial implications on profitability. Strong customer service skills and focus with ability to develop meaningful business relationships.
