Oversee staff, guests, security guards and volunteers. Strong communication with the population and have a working knowledge of mental health and addiction issues. Possess a high level of tolerance and understanding for individuals who present urgent and multiple health needs. Ability to perform crisis intervention.Enforce rules and regulations of the agency to maintain discipline and ensure safety. Maintain program paperwork: Daily Inspection, Daily Summary, Weekly Inventory, Referrals, and any Incident Reports that may occur. Assist staff with In-take of clients, logistics of facility.Provide high-quality customer service to all program stakeholders. Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork. Train and share knowledge and information with other staff.
