In this role I have responsibility for Callisto's New Pursuits and Consulting team. The team provides both business development and consulting services to our customers and partners. Our business development mandate is to grow the company's revenue through the acquisition of new, global customers, while at the same time reducing the cost of sales by improved qualification and win rates, and shortening the sales cycle. We also work with our technology partners to provide support for their sales campaigns and to jointly target specific customers and verticals. Our consulting mandate is to help our customers properly define and scope manufacturing IT projects through alignment of business objectives and project scope; alignment of business and IT stakeholders; business process change management; and IT infrastructure planning.
