-Manage daily marine construction operations responsible for installing the high level substructure.-Ensure crews have all needed equipment (Cranes, Material Barges, Rigging, Pile Moorings, Anchors etc.) in order to complete their respective operations.-Procure all Material and Tools in a timely manner to ensure the project remains on schedule.-Manage actual and forecasted costs/material quantities to maintain the project’s budget.-Coordinate FDCs/NDCs with the Design Team based on actual field conditions.

o Oversee all construction operations responsible for installing drainage/water treatment facilities throughout the project.o Manage Drainage and Concrete Flatwork contracts (Roughly $20 million prior to change orders) to ensure they meet all compliance requirements.o Oversee project cost/earned value by tracking all labor hours and materials purchased/installed.
