Client Lead Responsibilities:● Partner with early stage start ups (primarily game companies) to create and implement recruiting strategies● Lead recruiting overview meetings with internal partners and hiring managers ● Manage escalations for both candidates and clients ● Partner with CEO in business development meetings to attract new clientsRecruiter Responsibilities:● Full lifecycle recruitment across Technical roles, Sales, Leadership, and Art.● Lead role kickoff including requirements gathering, creation of job description, and initial candidate calibration ● Conduct first round screening interviews to ensure they meet qualifications and gather HR requirements ● Source passive candidates and engage through campaigns and manage inbound queue

● Coordinate cross role team of 30+ members for the install of an Electronic Health Record suite● Communicate with C-suite executives and project directors to provide project status and updates● Day to day coordination and execution of technical project tasks● Develop project plans and coordinate progress towards project milestones

● Conduct phone screenings for candidates to the technical solutions engineer position● Educate candidates about the culture of Epic Systems and the role they are applying for● Provide summaries to hiring leads regarding aptitude for position and communication skills● Use Avature to track candidates and record feedback during interviews

● Work with cross role team to prepare customers for upcoming regulatory changes● Evaluation of newly developed features for customer impact and ROI after implementation● Lead improvement projects and demos for owned functionality● Provide technical support and application support for an assigned portfolio of customers● On boarding and mentoring of new team members

● Plan and execute process improvements to developmental projects● Design and Code handheld devices designs in tandem with new products● Develop baseline upper and lower control limits for production process● Create and maintain documentation in forms acceptable to regulating bodies

● Plan and execute product validation activities such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Production Qualification (PQ)● Present progress on current projects to engineering management● Coordinate with contractors to schedule and execute projects● Technical writing in the form of completion reports and validation strategies
