He holds a CPA and CA from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.Michael is currently the Vice President of Finance at Electron Metal, a precision manufacturer of high quality metal enclosures serving the telecommunications, IT, security and broadcast industries for 35 years. Electron Metal designs and produces rack solutions, cabinet enclosures, containment systems, cable management accessories and outdoor protective enclosures. Michael is also currently one of the Managing Partners at Epoca 3G Ventures, a strategic management firm that holds controlling investments in small and medium size Quebec-based companies in various industries. The firm specializes in providing a viable succession plan or exit strategy for successful entrepreneurs. In 2011, as CFO of Rosmar Packaging, Michael and the executive team led the acquisition of Rosmar by U.S. based Paperworks Industries Inc.
