As the largest health system in both states, Advocate-Aurora cared for 3M unique patients, employed ~75K, and had annual revenues of $13B+. As a direct report to the CEO, I led ~60 employees in managing all legal functions for the system, including healthcare regulation, operations, real estate, corporate security, governance, finance, transactions, commercial engagements, human resources, litigation, and dispute resolution.
