As General Manager of Operations at Family Office firm EWM Group, my key responsibilities include oversight of all service delivery aspects to clients with a focus on the accounting, tax and compliance functions. The main focus of this role is as Virtual CFO for our clients business', managing and overseeing all tax and statutory compliance responsibilities, budgeting, cash flow management, monthly and quarterly reporting, payments processing and company secretarial duties.
