I manage the Service department nationally and work closely with General Management on ‘Special projects’. I have travelled overseas to be trained with a world renowned currency company ‘Cummins-Allison’ in Chicago, and have attended many industry specific courses and seminars over the past few years. This has led me to coordinate the implementation of equipment and systems into the Australian market. In this role I have developed strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems in difficult situations.

Previously, working for ‘360 IM’, my role was an Internet Marketing Consultant. My main responsibilities were troubleshooting and resolving web based issues, developing online applications, Internet marketing, Search Engine Optimization and establishing professional relationships with stakeholders and a very diverse range of clients. In this role, I attained the ability to look at client requirements and develop strategies to complement and support their business, and to manage all aspects of project management. I was able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills which were essential to the success of the business.
