Re-Solve Consulting is a leading water engineering firm that seeks to address the technical, social, environmental and economic developmental challenges faced by South Africa and other sub-Saharan countries, as they relate to water service delivery. During my time with Re-Solve, I have worked with a range of clients as well as on a number of projects.Responsibilities Undertaken:- Engaging with clients, contractors and community leaders, as well as organising and facilitating site meetings with the relevant stakeholders.- Designing and supervising the implentation of electronic meter logging.- Verifying pipeline networks and identifying leaks.- Automating and monitoring pump stations.- Establishing and verifying of DMAs and zonal discreteness.- Co-ordinating and facilitation of contractor training and induction.- Managing and documenting health and safety across the sites.- Managing the implementation of projects.- Implementing and monitoring of Covid-19 regulations within the sites and offices.- Created detailed reports for the various stakeholders involved.

I worked with CSV during the implementation of the Northern Area Sewer Project Phase 2. This year working full time formed part of my diploma.Responsibilities:- Ensured that a high level of quality was maintained throughout the duration of the project.- Coordination between multiple teams, to ensure that the necessary deadlines were met.- Management of several dynamic teams through the course of the project.- Created a safe and inclusive environment, as well as mediated difficult conversations and incidents. - Operation of heavy machinery

Lihlandze Projects is a construction company based in Tshaneni Swaziland. The bulk of their business comes from working with the sugar corporations in the area. Responsibilities: - Oversaw the rehabilitation of fire damaged buildings, from demolition to completion.- Management of multiple construction sites simultaneously, including the teams and materials required for the projects.- Surveying and quality control for the implementation of irrigation pump stations.
