May 2012, PepsiCo Walkers Crisp DTS Vans Sales Division, taken over by Palmer & Harvey (McLane).Due to "supply chain" changes, Peterborough and all other PepsiCo van sales distribution sites, ceased to be stock holding and therefore my position became redundant as of 22 July 2012.Responsibilities and duties remained the same as with PepsiCo during the transition period from 28 May 2012.

Responsibility & accountability to manage all operational aspects of the depot and warehouse environment. Fleet management of eight 3.5 tonne vans, ensuring minimum down time due to breakdown or servicing.Maintenance of route schedules for 7 busy sales routes with a total call base of over 1200 customers. Ensuring depot stock levels enable sales of more than 3,500 units with a turnover of over £25,000 per week across the 7 routes.Administration tasks for all 7 routes and the depot as a whole, including invoicing, stock and all other paperwork produced. High standard of checks involved as PepsiCo (a US based company) had to be in compliance with "Sarbanes Oxley" legislation. Company audit passes over 90% maintained each year whilst in post.Responsible for training & mentoring new Depot Operation Coordinators as part of their induction process.Joined Central Operations team for a period of 4 to 5 months auditing several of the 24 depots across the country.Attained high PDR scores for the last 5 years as measured by PepsiCo standards, benchmarking across the company.Completed “online” modules for driver training via Driver Monitor.Health & Safety point of contact for all staff at the depot.FLT (reach) trained, refreshed by Mentor January 2012.Workplace First Aid, refreshed by St Johns May 2012.Key holder for site.

Responsible for the operational, logistical & administration duties at the Peterborough depot. Including 7 depot based routes and 3 out based routes covering the East Midlands & East Anglia.

Responsible for increasing customer base and sales results, also maintaining coverage on all depot based routes during absences.
