Preparing correspondence such as customer appreciation letters, helping to facilitate promotions, ensuring the sales department is operating efficiently, supporting the sales team in meeting its targets, liaising with individual customers and groups for detailed feedback on the hotel's facilities and analyzing sales statistics to provide accurate reports for the sales director, inputting group reservations and details/billing, ordering of office supplies, administrative duties, gift certificates requests, and qualifying and assigning sales leads within the department, developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, advertisements for print media, rate cards, and other material related to marketing, executing a wide variety of details involving; direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, sales calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, and promotions while taking direction from the Director of Sales, working collaboratively with tourism partners, local businesses, churches, schools, and military to increase overall sales, maintaining company branded social media accounts and website.
