Ansarada was a listed investment which was acquired in 2024. Prior to that Managing Director of Heath Communication Network (ASX code HCN) from 1995 until 2005. HCN was originally controlled by the Australia Government (Dept of Health and Aging) and was involved in a management lead buy-out in 1997 and we listed on the ASX in late 1999. HCN was a medical software provider and then had approximately 85% share of the GP clinical software market with Medical Director and was also the leading provider of Practice Management software with products such as Pracsoft and Blue Chip. HCN pioneered the use of internet based health knowledge resources in Australia and around 90% of Australian public hospitals were accessing our online resources by 2005. HCN was acquired by another listed company in 2005 and I left. Group General Manager at Link Telecommunications during the high growth phase of radio paging in Australia.
