over my career in the motor trade i have gained quite a lot of experience and knowledge throughout the departments, during my early years of working i started out as a panel beater for a bodyshop located in Little Hulton, a few years later i decided to go into the motor trade working from the other side so i got myself into the parts department working for ford, i developed many skills during my time in this department such as attention to detail, housekeeping time management ect, after 2 year in the parts dept i worked up to a position in the service dept, this came with whole new challenges which i beleive i did to the best of my ability and more gaining myself the senior service advisor role.during this role i gained so much more knowledge such as, warranty control and paperwork, admin work such as quality control and locating of paperwork making sure it is all present and correct before submitting, workshop controller as i had to cover the workshop with staff holidays, service admin checking the quality of the mine and my colleagues work making sure they are to a high standard.no matter where i work i will always aspire to work my way up the ladder providing and gaining knowledge on the way.
