As an application delivery manager, I have created our applications portfolio at CRS. I have led the initial interaction with users in regard to requests for new applications. This includes determining the aims of the application request, and how best to meet this from the existing portfolio or whether a new app is needed. I have set up an easy to use, consistent, user focussed way for evaluating and introducing new applications into the application portfolio. I was the team leader of the UK Implementation Team, who were tasked with delivering implementations to BigHand Customers. My job required me to be the subject matter expert and deliver implementations of a number of BigHand Products. I worked closely with the principal consultant to overhaul the implementation framework to ensure the team were able to do their job as efficiently as possible. I oversaw a number of big implementation projects, while also mentoring my team and making sure they were trained regularly. Key contributions and successes:• Upgraded 15 of the top 25 UK law firms BigHand Products• Overhauled the implementation framework at BigHand making it a much simpler process when dealing with clients and their projects.• Provided troubleshooting to clients including patches and bug fixes from start to finish.
