I have worked within the Quality Department in Manufacturing for 18 years, working in different industries and for both big corporations such as Toshiba and small Family run companies like my current employer SWP Hydraulics. It has allowed me to see various approaches to Quality and work with teams of people installing processes to ensure we meet our customers quality requirements, Working with continuous improvement to better control Quality throughout the manufacturing process.
