During this 14 year tenure, Mr. Griffis held several positions, mostly related to business development, sales and marketing, focused exclusively on the chemical and refining market sectors. Selected Accomplishments:• Led the Oil & Gas Market Team in growing the business from €161 million to €1.5 billion over three+ years.• Developed Oil & Gas web site that improved name recognition and industry credibility, generating an average of 4,500 hits per month.• Generated $19.0 million of project revenue over three years from leveraging customer relationships.• Internalized $21+ million of products and services, previously procured outside the company, through simple “awareness creation” and “economic incentives”.• Added two business units with the completion of two acquisitions (one, technology patents – one, an on-going business concern). • Completed one market exclusivity arrangement with a small technology company focused on the Oil & Gas market.
