I’m conscious of the benefits of following agile practices but also under no illusion that in order to have real success with agile there has to be buy in at all levels and a full commitment from the whole business to be agile. You have to understand that you must never stop improving. We don’t just suddenly become agile one day and stay where we are. We constantly look ahead and find ways to be better!
