Looking after 39 stores in Queensland, Victoria & South Australia, my role consisted of supporting and managing the Swimart Franchisees in developing their business while also growing the network of franchisees.Activities include: · Overseeing all Franchise operations, leasing, licensing and transferring agreements· Overseeing and/or developing operational proceedures for the retail and service aspects of the Swimart store chain. - Ensuring stores comply with current state and national OH&S Practices. - Pool and spa equipment, Chemical research and sales training reviews. · Handling all Legal documentation relating to all aspects of business franchising including licences to occupy, disclosure statements, franchise agreements and variations, business contracts and development applications· Delivery of new branding rollout.· Inducting and training new franchisees· Chairing franchise meetings· Development of store advertising, loyalty programs and rollout of advertising campaigns.· Coaching stores in target marketing and advertising methods

Initially established a retail outlet however soon realised there was a rather large number of dealers requiring support and assistance in sales, service, back up warranty support and requests for a superior built product; the additional focus became that of a distributor, importing spas and accessories.
