We founded Griffo Distillery in Petaluma, California, to create premium, small-batch spirits that showcase the beauty and bounty of Sonoma County. We accomplish this by an emphasis on high quality, California-grown ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. We work with local farmers who grow our ingredients that we then brew and distill into our award winning spirits including Gin, Liqueurs, Whiskey, and Vodka.At the heart of our meticulous distillation is our in-house designed and fabricated distillery controls and sensors. These allow us an unprecedented level of control in our brewing and distillation process that allow us to precisely tune our pallet driven spirits.
