Im very passionate about my family, friends, job and our company Torrington Brush Works. Torrington Brush Works is a family owned business and has been around since 1907. Over the last 100 years the company has grown to what it is today. My step-father Sidney Fitzgerald who passed away in 2009, was the owner and the one responsible for building Torrington Brush Works into a successful manufacturing and distribution company when he acquired it many years ago. It was his determination and motivation, that made it possible for Torrington Brush Works to be considered a valued competitor in the Industrial Brush Market. Today, because we have over 40,000 customers who are businesses, resellers and everyday consumers. Currently, my mother Mary FItzgerald owns and is the president of Torrington Brush Works. Together, we work very hard at keeping Sids legacy and dream for the Brush Works alive and provide customers with high quality brushes at a reasonable price. Unlike a lot of other industries and products, Brushes are something that will always be needed and sought after. Hopefully, this will keep the Torrington Brush Works name and company going for many more generations and my kids and their kids will have a chance at keeping the Torrington Brush Works name and dream alive.
