Managed those projects from kickoff to completion with cross functional teams to insure on-time delivery...within budget.Lead Jouneyman Toolmaker/Jig & Fixture. 1982 to current: Responsible for build teams constructing Secondary Tooling from prints, CAD drawings, GD&T and customers specs. Tools included assembly fixtures (with & w/o poke-yoke checks), checking fixtures, pierce and/or drill fixtures, bond (glue) fixtures, assembly weld fixtures, waterjet nests, calibration & trim fixtures, robotic work cells, steam vac molds, trim dies, transfer systems, bar code line sequencing, heat stake, sonic welding, sorting and palletizing.Apprentice. Toolmaker/Jig & Fixture: 1978 - 1982. Completed 10,000hr Apprenticeship in 4 years, including related classroom instruction with the State of Ohio. Covered tasks included welding and fabrication, machining, assembly, inspection, tryout, wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, air logic and plc programming & field changes, installations, customer relations and processing customer change requests.
