Development of a bare-metal Firmware implementing physical layer of 5G NR for Base Station Cell Site Modem (CSM) wireless communication systems

- Development of embedded Software/Firmware for 60GHz wireless communication. - Perform full embedded software development cycle including requirements analysis, software design, code implementation and pre/post silicon testing.- Proficient in writing C/C++ hard/soft real time code for bare-metal processors and custom HW.- Implementing communication algorithms based on cutting edge 802.11ad/ay standards.

- Part of the multidisciplinary team that develops state of the art Medical Imaging System for surgical navigation.- Development of C++ object oriented, real time software in highly multithreaded environment. - Implementation of complex signal processing/machine learning algorithms.- Signal processing of human Respiratory and ECG signals. - Implementation of real time video capturing from XRAY machine. Development of hardware/software interfaces for interaction with video frame grabber cards.- Perform full software development cycle including requirements analysis, OOP design, code implementation and testing.

- Implementation of real time software on tester platform (C++ & firmware programming in UNIX environment) - Writing software tools for automation of complex measurement tasks (like characterization of complex IO circuit blocks, AC Timing specs validation, etc) - Characterization & production testing of complex VLSI devices on Agilent Automatic Test Equipment (ATE tester). - Validation of high speed, 65nm/90nm/0.15u embedded ARM CPU products . Development of new methodologies for speed grading of CPU devices during production testing.- Characterization of complex circuit IP blocks (IO, PLLs, Memory, and SerDes). Close work with circuit design team to feedback marginalities & improve design. Expertise in IO characterization.- SPICE simulations of ATE testing environment (including tester, board, socket and device)

- Development of automated test system (Intel Stress Box) for reliability tests of microprocessor products.- Development of software (C++, Visual Basic) for real time data acquisition using different Data Acquisition Boards. - Developing Software for advanced thermal control solutions using thermal controllers with serial communication interface (RS-485, RS-232). SW Implementation of thermal controller’s communication protocols.
