• High Volume Prototype Flagship location that achieved Sales plan and Profit.• Chosen due to our detail in execution on being an early reset location. During this time we would process resets ahead of entire chain. Friday I would walk our corporate team of Merchandisers, Buyers and Leadership team through issues we ran into and make suggestions based on notes.

• For the majority of my time in role I had stretch assignments where I created a schedule for the whole store, planned out all store weekly projects while running my segment of the store effectively. • During my time in this location I helped to increase our top line sales and profit over goal. This was done by promoting creative selling ideas and presentations, significant reduction in workers comp/General liability claims while cutting our shortages/losses down yearly.

Poughkeepsie, Ny

While in Poughkeepsie I was able to make a difference on both the Merchandising standards and all around Logistics processes. When I first arrived team was unable to process deliveries timely and Merchandise resets were not completed on time. Much of the improvement was more due to teams morale and confidence in direction that had been given. Through working with the team I was able to provide greater access to myself and help team apply their skills to the store.

During my first year in Yorktown I was responsible for all Operations/Logistics including merchandising presentation on the sales floor. My second year I was co-lead of a company Prototype remodel eventually taking over as lead. I was responsible for daily communication with our corporate partners to ensure time lines were made as well as providing feedback on work. After our successful remodel and Christmas season I took over additional responsibilities including scheduling for the store and planning of company initiated projects. Being detailed and my ability to implement company standards I was asked to lead in training and preparing another store(Poughkeepsie) in our district for Inventory as the current Store Manager had just recently been hired.
