Associate Director, Health Economist
CurrentLeading a team of research consultants in the production of decision-analytic models to assess the cost-effectiveness (CEA) / budget impact (BIM) of drugs, vaccines and technologies for healthcare. Our models have successfully resulted in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) reimbursement in multiple therapeutic areas, including inflammation, orphan, infectious, and oncology diseases in the United Kingdom (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence), Canada (Canadian Drug Agency) and with United States insurers. We employ a variety of tools, including Markov, partition survival, decision trees, both deterministic and probabilistic, and statistical analysis to support the efficacy components of our models, including, indirect treatment comparison (ITC), and population adjustment analyses (STC/MAIC). We regularly interface with HEOR colleagues and clients, including market access managers, global affairs leads, pharmacists, statisticians, clinicians and bureaucrats.
