Bethlehem, Pa

- Started up plant from scratch, including hiring and training of all employees, purchasing and installing all equipment, moving all operations from Kansas to PA, layout of the production facility, working with contractors to finish up new building and setting up all of the worspaces in the office area. - Had to learn each job, then train new hires how to perform each job. - Responsible for all areas of operations including manufacturing, safety, quality, inventory control, production planning, shipping, human resources and trucking. - Helped determne what items could be manufactured overseas to reduce costs. - Work with overseas vendors to ensure the quality of the inventory items we sent there were up to our quality standards that needed to be met. - Set up reports and a system to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and monitoring of reports etc. (controlled inventory system).

Achbald, Pa

- Helped my VP from Carpenter Company set up a new facility from scratch, including hiring and training of all new employees, set up and layout of new equipment and layout of new plant. - Responsible for all operations on the fabrication area of the bedding department icluding the loop slitter, cutting machines, conveluders, packaging, assemby, loading of trucks and storage of foam buns.

Fogelsville, Pa

- Responsible for all of manufacturing and sales for the Fogelsville EPS facility. - Traveled with sales team and made calls to customers. - Ensured all sales goals were met, put together and held sales meetings and trainings. - Ensured all changes to products were communicated to sales team as needed. - Responsible for overseeing all operations in the plant as well, including manufacturing, maintenace, quality , safety, human resources, packaging, shipping, customer service and fleet management.
