Since 2016 I have performed various duties in the Building Envelope Consulting industry including quality assurance inspections, ASTM & AAMA Field Tests, moisture surveys, infrared scans, leak investigations, project documents review, and repair project set drafting. Most of these tasks have been accompanied by photographing observations or processes and writing reports to fit the different narratives on Microsoft Word with aid of other computer programs.These unique tasks have given me experience with multiple tools such as Tramex and Delmhorst Moisture Meters (capacitance and impedance), Fluke and Flir infrared cameras, various tools regarding fenestration pressure chamber testing and plenty of other tools. To fulfill needs throughout the years I became self-taught in AutoCAD and REVIT to create remedial roof and wall details, and even entire reroof projects. I have experience on new construction and remodels, mostly in commercial settings. All projects have given me familiarity with project drawings, specifications, submittals, manufacturers' manuals, industry standard manuals (NRCA, SMACNA, NSA, etc) and building codes. My Register Roof Observer (RRO) and Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) from the International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants (IIBEC) prove my understanding of roof and wall systems and the quality assurance observers' responsibilities. My ability to learn new things, manage my time and work diligently sets me apart.
