I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the accelerated nursing program at Chamberlain College of Nursing in August 2020.I am eager to collaborate with a team to affect positive change in the community by offering patient centered care skills I learned throughout my previous career and through nursing school and clinical rotations. Chamberlain’s clinical rotations provided me the opportunity to gain incredible clinical experience, visiting a wide variety of locations throughout the tri state area. I have developed a strong foundation in nursing concepts and principles including critical thinking, group dynamics, therapeutic communication, leadership, collaborative care within the healthcare team for health promotion and patient education, as well as advocating for the patient’s needs. In my experience from my previous career in management, sales, and marketing I offer transferable skills including leadership and strong communication skills with culturally diverse patients. I have the knowledge and experience to able to provide the best possible culturally congruent and therapeutic patient centered care, service, and safety by utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
