Application Engineer System Concept Development
Current- Task-analysis to create a suitable production concept- Participation in idea generation and concept study, as well as in new process-technical developments- Elaboration of technical concepts during the offer phase incl. calculation and preparation of offers for production and machine concepts of medium complexity- Support in setting up, implementing and further developing the price and calculation database- Procurement and processing of data and information for price determination and evaluation- Preparation of inquiries for purchased parts and systems of medium complexity from external suppliers- Preparation of offers as well as price comparisons under the guidance of employees from mechanical engineering and system concept development- Analysis, evaluation and pricing- Calculation of machine systems and assemblies in cooperation with internal and external departments- Maintaining current and historical price data- Target-oriented and direct communication to internal departments in price-relevant matters- Individual evaluations and analyses (also cross-departmental)
