CurrentI am primarily responsible for the oversight of the Operations, Emergency Plan and Customer Service manuals. My responsibilities include the oversight of the creation, editing, and publishing of these manuals; oversight of the compliance activities that require the submissions of responses to procedures or policies questions and Notice of Probable Violations; develop and comment on submissions for state commission questions or requests for data; oversight of the data entry into our LMS system of record; development and procurement of a field solution for Operator Qualification records; as well as other items.
